built 2.5 centuries ago. The house consists of a two storey building, a ground floor building, a courtyard and an olive grove. You choose to stay in Studio which gives you the opportunity to share the kitchen as well as the courtyard with the Hosts when they are in the main Residence.
The residence is made exclusively of stone and wood. The aesthetics of both interior and exterior appearance is the simplicity of the volumes of Mediterranean architecture. The ground floor of the building, Quest Greenwood Studio, contains a large space with two single layers in and out of the fireplace in a kind of a loft, while a sofa that can be double bedded with two chairs and a wardrobe is located at the bottom of the loft . Beneath the loft there is a toilet with shower and washing machine.
The two-storey building and the ground floor are connected to the kitchen, each of which has the ability to have a separate entrance and exit.
Finally the house has hot water and 4G Wifi, 3GB a week.
The yard along the entire length of the house features an elevated pergola, a traditional oven and a storage room, while at the other end there is a small studio exclusively for the owner’s use.
The trees (two Canadian plantains, a plum dowry, two limes and two huge litters (local tree) in the yard create dense shade and a microclimate in the summer, while in winter, being bloody, they release even more the magnificent view of the Pagasitian bay. The neighbor has some goats and in the nearby area there are cats and friendly stray dogs that the owner takes care of. The house, right in front, includes an olive grove of 240 olive trees, about 10 acres from which you will find a vase of olives and olives. a bottle of oil.In the kitchen you will also find many herbs for herbal infusions and some jams from the area.
A very nice beach for swimming and strolling is located 10 minutes by car from the house and 6 kilometers away is one of the most beautiful traditional settlements of Pelion, Agios Lavrentios, as well as in close distances, there are very nice traditional Pelion settlements and beaches. Also, the house is directly connected to the entire Pelion network of footpaths, either through olive groves or through dense forests.
As guests, visitors have at your disposal the Studio and share the kitchen and courtyard spaces.
