In one of the most beautiful places in Greece, in the mythical Pelion, you will find Platanidia. The village is located in the Pagasitic Gulf, 12 km southeast of Volos, and gives easy access to the whole of Pelion. They got their name from the many plane trees that the area had. It is a remarkable tourist resort that attracts many visitors from Greece and Europe. It is worth mentioning that, due to the beautiful beach and the seaside taverns with Pelion delicacies and fresh fish, it becomes a preference for many locals.
In Platanidia you will find our maisonette which is one hundred (100) meters from the beach. It is 78 sq.m. The ground floor contains kitchen, living room, dining room (open space), WC and fireplace. There is air conditioning in all areas. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms with beautiful views and a bathroom. The extras of the maisonette include parking for your car and barbecue

Prerequisite for renting the maisonette is at least 5 nights
The night costs 110 euros and is valid for a couple with two children.
For an extra person the price is plus 15 euros
The guarantee of the maisonette, which is prepaid, is at 250 euros and is returned after our check.
